Great Lakes Cobra Club at the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club
Our friends Karen and Ken Sharpe have made arrangements for us to have
an early dinner at the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club on Friday July 26th at 1:00pm (788 Lake Shore Road Grosse Pointe Shores, MI 48236). This will be rain or shine event.
We will also tour the facility and Harbor and have a short cruise through the Grosse Pointes before getting you back on the road home before rush hour.
Exclusive Cobra Corral
When you arrive at the gate, let the attendant know you are with the Great Lakes Cobra Club.
Proceed to the main entrance of the building and park where noted below. There will be an attendant to guide you and I will be there early to help.
Spectacular Dinning Experience
Our group will dine in the Venetian Dining room on the second level.
Dinner options include:

Heirloom Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil Pesto,
Aged Balsamic, Broccolini and Potato

Pop is $3 and adult beverages can be ordered and paid for separately by credit card.
And we will have a great view of the Harbor
Following lunch, we can walk the Harbor and view the yachts

We will end the afternoon with a short tour through the Grosse Pointes
And get you back on the roads to home before traffic builds up.
Exit GPYC (turn right) and head toward the Edsel Ford Estate
Take the second U-turn drive and head back toward Detroit on Jefferson
Cruise to Fisher Road (just past the War Memorial.
Take Fisher to Kercheval.
Turn right on Kercheval and take slow stroll through the Village.
When you reach Moross, keep straight. On your left will be Country Club of Detroit and the famous Provencal Road (private.
Turn right on Provencal to Jefferson
Turn left on Jefferson and head back to Vernier. From there you can go west to I94 or all roads home.
