2024 Event Planning
We held a Planning Session in October with the Board and Member representation. Very good session with new ideas and destinations to visit. And important feedback on past events that should be carried forward.
From the Planning Session, we published a menu of options for tours and cruises and sought Member input during January. The priorities you provided guided our venue selections for 2024!
Monthly Event Structure
Our enthusiasm for a robust plan has at times exceeded the practical time available. So, we “curbed” the potential to over-plan activities by establishing a monthly event structure:
- 1st Saturday of the month – Cobra’s and Coffee
- 3rd Tuesday of the month – Monthly Cruise to Dinner (f/k/a “meetings”)
- Monthly Tour in the off-season months
- Destination Cruises during the driving season
