Our Woodward Dream Cruise Snake Pit Event is more than just having fun.
A byproduct of this event is directing collections as donations to a variety of charities.
Here’s the recap from the 2019 Snake Pit and your generosity!
- $2,345 collected and donated for Police Benevolent Fund and Optimist Charities. 100% of the registration fee for the Snake Pit goes toward this donation.
- $1,500 donated to Holy Cross Children’s Services.
- $1,145 collected from the Silent Auction (need donor ideas for 2020!!)
- $355 from abundance collected from the Raffle
- $1,000 collected from the Charity Rides (many thanks to our drivers!!) and donated to Fallen and Wounded Soldiers Fund
- Left-over food was donated to Royal Oak First Methodist Church that serves 40 people daily.
